Fenech & Fenech Advocates is a leading multi-disciplinary law firm with a predominantly international clientele, providing tailored legal services across all practice areas. The firm is seeking to recruit highly motivated lawyers to work within its Tax & Immigration Law Department.

Our team of specialised lawyers provides personalised, results driven advice to the organisation’s many corporate and private clients, providing both legal and practical support to clients wishing to operate in Malta or make Malta their home.  The chosen applicant will work as part of a larger team and his/her main focus will include the provision of legal advice and guidance to clients on the relevant routes available to them (or their employees, as applicable) to relocate to Malta, assisting clients with applications for all types of residence permits, visas, work permits and citizenship, amongst others.

Applicants should be in their final year of LL.M or fully qualified lawyers. This post could also be an excellent opportunity for lawyers currently active in the immigration/private client sphere wishing to join one of the leading local legal teams in this area and to work with a more diverse international clientele, including to service our firm’s growing Private Client practice.
