Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Secretary/ Receptionist

 

General responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and providing assistance to clients;
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
  • Provision of general secretarial support;
  • Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing;
  • Updating of spreadsheets;
  • Registering employees for training sessions & organising same;
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office;

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

  • An A level standard of education
  • Be organised and meticulous in their work
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
